I've had my PS4 for about a month and just up until yesterday, it wouldn't turn off. It stays stuck on 'preparing to turn off ps4'. The only way to turn it off was to either unplug the cord or hold the power button, as everyone suggested. However, when I try to turn it off again, or even switch it to rest mode, it does the same thing and just stays on the 'preparing to....' screen. I've also tried restarting it but I'm stuck in the same situation. I'm not a very technical person so does anyone else have any other suggestions, or should I just return it?
