Re-Downloading Game?!

Hi, my son has paid for Infinite Warfare, its shown on his account as a transaction but it hasnt downloaded, any ideas how I speak to a sony 'person' about this. I'm a 45 yr old mum with a stressed out 13 yr old ????? Help
