PS4 Party Chat not Streaming or Recording

So I play Overwatch with a group of friends and I stream and record sometimes while we're in party chat. The only voice that comes through on my streams or recordings is mine, Even though they definitely have the "share party audio" boxes ticked. 

I had one of the friends I stream with record a quick session of us while we were in a party chat and you can hear his voice but not mine on his recording and I KNOW I have my share settings open. 

This is starting to get really frustrating.
