I got a PS4 for Christmas with the Call of Duty downloads. I can't download these - getting NW-31456-9 cannot connect to the server within the time limit. I am connected to the playstation network (using Playstation Plus and playing online with friends). Have 1TB space so loads to accommodate the game data.
Things I've already tried:
ISP said nothing wrong
Opened the necessary ports on router
MTU match on PS4 and router
Rebuilt PS4
Allowed all traffic through on router
Set up a manual connection to the internet
Tried both wifi and wired connection
Any help and advice would be appreciated!!
