PS4 randomly turns off then doesn't turn on for a few secs

My PS4 started turning off randomly yesterday night with 3 beeps, meaning an unexpected power off. I tried turning it on, and pressed the power button and one beep came but no blue light. I pressed it again and this time the blue light came and it dissapeared a few seconds later. I gave it 20 mins to rest and tried it again. This time, the PS4 turned on properly after checking all the files if they were corrupted, etc, and then started playing with my friends. Randomly, it turned on. 
I noticed that there was a pattern and the longer the PS4 was off, the longer I could use it for without shutting off. 
I just ordered a new AC cable because there has been quite a lot of fluctuation in my house, so maybe it was a power problem? 
Anyways, before suggesting me to send it to Sony, please give me other solutions before, because sending it to Sony and losing it for a few weeks is the last thing I want to do.
I'll give an update when my new AC cord arrives.
