Application options problem

Hello folks,

I have some strange problems with my applications on my PS4 since last week. 

Normally I would be able to open up an app, for example the youtube app, check whatever I wanted and afterwards go back to the PS4 menu, press start on the application and close the app. For some reason I can only delete my apps now. Also, the apps work super slow in comparrison to before the problem occured.

I tried rebuilding my database. I checked if the option was there to close down apps, check for updates etc. and the options where there again. But litteraly a second later my playstation would switch back to the problem where I can only delete an app. 

The strange part is also that this only happends in my apps folder. With my installed games I can still check for updates, update history, health and safety etc.

Do other people have this issue or did you get this problem and you fixed it, please tell me how you did it.
