hi, ive had my playstation 4 since christmas day an ive played it and it was all fine until last week sometime my game started taking me ofline ive contacted virgin and theres no problem with my internet , now i can go online and in partys but i sometimes cant hear my friends and i cant go on any online games because it says i have no connection ???? please help im very frustrated
