The microphone on my headphones is not working when I use the PS4. The headphones are fine and the microphone does work in all other devices. Just not PlayStation. I have tried 2 different pairs of headphones and neither allows the mic to work. I have pushed in all the way. When I do the test the mic only picks up when I click the volume button on the microphone but does not pick up my voice at all. Is the pad just broken? Would love to find a solution for this but I think it is just broken.
