Where do I report someone for being toxic.

I'd like to report these guys called [removed] and [removed] for Griefing me and my friends while playing Rainbow 6 siege as he openly admitted to Griefing, his profile suggests he is used to taking advantage of PSN's features of privacy to grief and that he offered no apology for Griefing even though he claimed that his younger brother started it yet he made no attempt to stop it and encouraged by continuing to grief once his "brother" was killed as a reaction by the rest of team to his behaviour prior by which I mean he actively searched and killed me when I went to save my teamate as my friend stated to me after I had died "He was waiting for you to be distracted then pulled a gun out and shot you after taking a few seconds to prep the shot so he wouldn't miss" then next round he and his associate proceeded to teamkill resulting in a 30 minute ban for my friend as he killed them for killing me and a friend that had not actively shot at them or in anyway shown violence (as I was the only one to kill his "brother" when they first killed me)  and the following last round they opened fire as soon as we spawned killing me, my friend and a randomer who had joined to replace the teamate that was temp banned. I am putting this here as I've reported him and his friend on the game but I'd like to submit a grief report as well, however the Playstation only allows reporting for ID and the "about me" segment. I'd like for these people to be banned temporaly or atleast punished or have an actual report system for the PS4 that can cover all grounds of reporting put in or even better all of the above. Sorry for sounding like a winer however the PS3 had a much better reporting system and honestly it would make sense to progress with the reporting system rather than regressing.
