Jamie East has had this issue with his PS4 today. (Seen it on Twitter)
But noticed it's an error that doesn't come up in the Error Codes section of PlayStation Site.
Seen a few saying it could be due to the updated T&C's (that's what Ask PlayStation UK said)
So thought I'd pop a post here incase anyone knows info and it will let other people know
