Help! When I turned on my PS4, I received an error telling me that an error had occurred in the system software. It then asks me to report the problem with a comment, which I have tried numerous times. After this it thanks me for my cooperation, I then click 'OK' and am taken to the startup screen telling me about the photosensitive epilepsy kinda stuff. However, the screen then freezes and the PS4 restarts and takes me back to the 'Report A Problem' screen. I have tried this at least 10 times now with no success. Please help!
