My 1 year old PS4 broke down(blue light of death) and I brought it to the local repair shop for repair. They didn´t repair it but gave me a „new“ one. It was refurbished and broke down after 10 minutes at home. So I went back to the repair shop. They brought me a „newly refurbished“ one again. When I came home and turned it on it worked fine. Except I have a problem to register it as a primary console. I don´t have the original one so I cannot deactivate that one. It says I need to deactivate the previous device that I no longer own.
When trying to fix the problem I try to deactivate the old console remotely through this link.
However, now it says I've already deactivated it once, anyway to know how long I have left till I can deactivate again. I have never deactivated my primary console so this does not make sense.
Can anybody help me set my „new refurbished“ PS4 conslole as a primary?
