Last week while I was away on holiday my PSN account was hijacked and they credited my wallet with £50 from my PayPal account which was linked. Fortunately I was screening my emails, as minutes after the notification from PayPal I had an email from Sony saying my email had been changed. Classic signs of account hijack. Anyway, got straight on the phone to support and got my account sorted, email restored, password reset, 2-step enabled and was told by the support team member that luckily the funds were still in my wallet (which he joked was unusual as "it's usually spent on Fifa coins by now!" which I chuckled at!). The team member said he would elevate the refund request. I've since heard nothing from Sony regarding a refund of the wallet transaction.
