What has happened here? It's been around a month and 8 days and I still haven't got my controller back. I've rang customer support and they provided me with a tracking number saying the product was returned to me but upon checking, it turns out that was the Royal Mail reference no. that I got for posting the item to their repairs address.
I've tracked the repair using Sony's tracking system and it has been delivered but hasn't been opened! What is happening? I was told it would take 1-2 weeks, not 5 weeks!
