Playstation Techs,
I keep getting this error code on my Playstation 4. It just happened recently. The error code is NW-31163-4. My Playstation will not also indicate if I have the system update. I keep getting the same error code. Furthermore, I having trouble uploading my PS4 videos to my YouTube gaming site. Is there any way you can help? Does my PS4 need repair? I would appreciate any assitance you can give. Thank you.
