you cannot sign in using another user's sign-in id

I've just got a new ps4 after playing 6 years on ps3 on my main and now I try to log into my ps4 with my main and it keeps saying "you cannot sign in using another user's sign-in id", I've tried everything please help me asap! Thank you!
